DC,
Just as a heads-up, I notice that your Nexus has a skylight/bubble in the rear ... probably to provide shower headroom, just like with our Itasca.
After 9 years, our skylight/bubble has developed a few small cracks around the radius leading into it's lower flange all around the base - just outside the caulking bead around the bottom of the bubble - possibly allowing some slight water intrusion into the shower ceiling material at one end of the skylight. I'm not sure on any water intrusion, however, as on our Itasca the shower bubble is double pane - with the cracks being only (hopefully) in the outer bubble that you see from up on the roof.
I've stopped any possible leaks using Eternabond around the lower edges of the bubble, but we're going to have it replaced soon. Winnebago now uses a new design for this bubble assembly that stops this cracking and that's what we'll have installed. I could do it myself, but will let the pros do it this time.
You might want to get on a ladder and take a close look all around the base of your RV's rear shower skylight/bubble. In any case, keep a close eye on it over time.
