Or did the chlorine damage the bladder tank? I plan to install a new bladder tank. Maybe the old bladder tank was for hot water heat, not potable water. I have not removed it from the mh. yet.

Do you mean an accumulator tank/pressure tank?
Yes. Most places with a well have a bladder type pressure tank, an accumulator tank is the same thing but much smaller.
All the bladder does is keep the water from absorbing the air.
