THIRTY FIVE CENTS A GALLON is a phenomenal difference. I'd bet my house that there's no difference in the chemical makeup of any of the diesel fuels that are sold in that area. But, to have such a phenomenal difference in price is pretty amazing. We've encountered both here at home and, while traveling, about a .20 difference between stations that are semi-close to each other. That's pretty darn good if it's in fact, that much lower in price.
