Is that the price on the highway sign or the price at the actual pump? If it's the price on the highway sign, I'd be willing to bet they just haven't changed it due to the rapid fluctuation in pricing. Just the other day, I was filling my pickup at the pump. The advertised price on the sign was $2.45 and the actual pump price was $2.59. I asked at the counter and they said it changes so fast, they sometimes don't get time to change the sign.
