Fantastic Fans has changed hands and is not the same quality that it used to be. Items like corrosion on toilet seat hinges could be corrected the first time if they would have replaced the seat with one with plastic hinges. Leaks can and will happen as long as you own any RV. The only way to prevent MOST leaks is to inspect the roof, and reseal on a regular basis. Leaks around windshields just show up and there is nothing you can do to prevent them.
Remember the coach going down the road has essentially been in a 20,000 mile earthquake. Things will break and come loose. As long as your major items for your chassis and house are intact, these are somewhat minor issues that are best dealt with and put behind you. As things break, there is usually a better solution out there so that it doesn't happen again.
