Issue fueling 1994 Jayco Eagle on E350 chassis

Hello! I’m having trouble fueling our new class C motor home! When fueling, the gas pump stops after every few cents. It seems that in warm weather it takes much longer and at some points it bubbles...

when they replaced the fuel pump they didnt reconect the vent tube to the evap system.. make sure the fill tube is on a down ward slope too the tank and not kinked
