I am sorry your wife has a health issue. But, the system is performing better than it is designed too. I do not think you can find a better system or fix for your problem. The 3 to 5 is the specs. But NOT hard specs. If you would complain about a swing that is what both Dometic and RVP would tell you. I think you reversed your problem on this post. Doug
