my coach was built w/out a ladder & the manufacture wanted nearly 500 bucks to add one.
I bought the 15 foot extend-n-climb (a 12 would not be long enough). I keep my ladder in the basement storage.
the photos show an 8 foot (friends) & the 15.5 foot (rated for 250lbs)
if the 15.5 is too talk you can shorten it by deploying fewer extensions...if its too short, you're sol ! our coach is almost 13 feet to the roof (assuming the levelers are not deployed) - its much safer to exit the later onto the roof when there is at least one extension above the roof line (the same applies for the decent).
the 15.5 foot ladder collapses to a very compact 36 inches, just 3 inches longer than the 12 foot.
