E450 torque spec is just 140 ft./lbs. A standard lug wrench or cross wrench easily provides enough torque for a person of average strength to break loose or tighten them. I'm about 150 lbs. and never had any trouble breaking them loose with a cross wrench. If one needs a 4 foot breaker bar to bust their E450 lugs loose, they were WAY too tight!
The "super" Cs are a different animal, with much bigger lugs and higher torque specs.
