Ron, IYHO what is a good lifting point in the rear of the E350/E450 chassis? There's of course probably more than one point the would work and probably they are different heights off the ground.
Since we often camp on soft surfaces, I worry more about a jack that will not lift high enough after: It's base sinks a little too much into the a soft ground surface even if the the jack is sitting on a board, or ... it's base must sit in a small rut that just happens to be where the jack should be positioned. That's why I looked hard for a two-stage (high lift) 12-ton jack for our Class C ... for best versatility on hard, soft, or rutted surfaces.
(Weight of added equipment is no problem for our small Class C on the E450 chassis.)
