We had a Jayco class c (G3500 Chevy Chassis) and traded to a Winnebago B+ (E450 Ford Chassis).
The Jayco wood work looked very nice and they had more standard features. Things that were options in the Winnebago. Their customer support was a challenge. I am sure they are more responsive to their dealers but to end users it was difficult. Might be different if you drove to their manufacturing site. At that time I don't recall any on-line documentation.
The Winnebago feels tighter and quieter driving down the road. Customer service is much much better and their on-line documentation is great. Have downloaded all the wiring, plumbing and on-line catalog of parts in-case we need a replacements. Heard lots of horror stories of Ford handling...but the way Winnebago set up the Ford it drives better than the Chevy did. No white knuckle issues and did not require any after market upgrades.
Just our experience, if I was looking for another motor home it would be a Winnebago if there is a choice.
