I am new here, and have found this tread helpful. I recently bought a 2010 class c sprinter deisel and was considering towing.
Unfortunately what I was considering towing is not towable wheels down. So I am now considering trailering the vehicle. The vehicle is street legal jeep like ATV (oreionmotors.com) and could be used for local driving while traveling. The total weight of ATV & Trailer (alumininum) would be about 2,200 lbs without any other cargo on trailer. I thought this would be a light alternative to trying to tow a heavier jeep. Also, the street legal ATV would give you a chance to go places and do things that a car could not, whiles still giving you the ability to drive local 25-45 mph roads.
Has anybody else trailered and used a street legal registered Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) for local driving?
