Jensen radio comes on automatically

I don't have the model number handy but I think I figured it out. First off, you can't rewire it to the engine battery because when it loses power (key off) you lose your settings. It appears the default for Weather Alert is ON after a power reset. So I'm guessing that it lost power at some point and reset itself. Maybe the radio was not the cause of the battery drain after all. All in all, Jensen is junk IMHO. It should retain settings after power loss. I may just pull the "Audio/Video" coach fuse (or local fuse behind radio). The only problem I see is that the coach fuse my also power the antenna amp - have to test that.
