Please remember that you have a 23yo house on a 23yo truck. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it has to be maintained. This is all regardless of the indicated mileage. It is age pure and simple.
Trust Me On This:
All the rubber parts should be suspect and looked at NOW. Belts, hoses and gaskets are an issue.
Have the brakes flushed and the rubber part inspected.
Have the cooling system flushed and refilled with good coolant. This is particularly true to protect the cooling system from corrosion.
There is no reason to expect a problem with a coach that new (from my POV) that can not be handled. You do have to get the maintenance manual and all the manuals for the house parts. Most of there can be downloaded if you don't have them already.
