I should mention that I bought it from a mechanic who said he had just replaced the oil cooling lines, plugs, wires, rebuilt the starter, flushed the transmission, changed the old every spring, and added a beefier oil pump. All I can do is take his word for it of course, until I get it checked out by a pro, but by the way it looks, runs/starts and drives it seems to be true (fingers crossed) .
I checked out some basic RV maintenance books from the library, and did find the original owners manual stashed behind a drawer in the old girl! I plan on carrying a few spare essentials with on all trips: radiator hose, plugs, belts, fuses, fluids, etc.
