Kansas toll road

I live in God's country where they don't have toll roads, and I got stuck on the one near KC. I was totally shocked when they asked for money.

I got caught in Indiana before they took Pike Pass and the wise operator threatened me with jail if I didn't cough up cash. Didn't have it so they took my Lisc plate # down and sent me a bill. I refuse to run toll roads if there is another route including going to Indy to get to Chicago instead of the toll road.

I wasn't driving, was a passanger but was scrambling for toll money anyway.

I'd like to see standardization across the board, one pass for every road. Wishful thinking I guess.
