13 yrs old then repo? Look for a a possible list of maintance items to be tended to such as all the rubber, sealing, shocks and so on. The engine, if cared for 109k is nothing.
Hire a trusted Service Tech to survey the entire coach. Some one that has worked for the factory would be nice.
