Kwikee Step
My step doesn't close or open all the way. anyone else had a problem like this? I was looking online and looks like there's some limit switches that might need adjustment. I'll check that out first...

I did do some research for a new motor at that time and for my Kwikee 2 step the motor was exactly like the Ford Taurus front driver side window lift motor. I looked at NAPA and Autozone and both were much cheaper than the dealer. Autozone also came with a lifetime warranty. JMO
Same here. I removed the motor/gearbox, disassembled, cleaned and lubed the gearbox, along with pivot points on the steps. Been fine for several years since then.
