The bushings I ordered are McMaster carr # 6338K414 and are in fact iolite.
I am half considering leaving them dry.
The wave washers are 92161A030
It looks like I will reuse the bolts and nuts, they are not awful, and I am not finding exact replacements for the bolts. Most shoulder bolts have a long shoulder and a short thread.
I will probably just swap the bolt shoulders with white grease when I assemble them.
