I still am absolutely amazed when someone expects a repair facility to give them a substantial discount on an extended warranty repair when that repair facility had nothing to do with the sale of the extended warranty. It makes it easy to understand why the RV owner purchased the EWC.

All of that is fine but it still does not excuse the EWC from returning a customer's call or explaining the refusal, rather than a blanket statement that "we won't pay to fix your repair."
The company deserves a bad review just on their customer service response.
