Labor time guide for rv repairs??

I am not complaining about the place that repaired the rv and I agree they should get paid for the job they did. I am complaining about the warranty company that yes does not return my calls or let me vent to a person in charge not some idiot on the phone that does not give 2 ***** about you. If you want to tell me you will pay to replace my alternator per what the contract says and their is no repair time books available for this repair per 2 rv dealers/3 truck dealers and the freightliner manufacturer how can you justify what you are willing to pay?? The warranty company would not produce anything for me and said that my problem. Ok now it's my right to tell everyone this company sucks. If you don't like it Randall go ball swing on some other tree!!!
