I have an extended service contract (warranty) from Wholesale Warranties. I've had 2 claims, and both of them were handled without any problems. The only thing and it is listed in the contract is, they only pay a maximum of $100 an hour. Most shops are above that, so I had to pay the difference, which didn't amount to much. Actually my contract says $80, but they changed the amount a year or so ago, and they pay $100, which I thought was pretty good, considering in print says $80. On the first claim, they actually made up the difference between what the shop charged hourly and the $100 also. I've been very happy with them, personally, I wouldn't be without an extended contract, so far, I'm at about a break even point between repairs and the cost of the contract and I have more then 2 years left.
