I have a 2005 PW Excel and have removed the faucet several times! You have to remove the shelving back panel and cabinet door to the left of the refrigerator, remove the upper outside vent to the back of the refrigerator, take off the sheet metal air baffle behind it and then you'll see the bottom of the faucet. After removing about 3 square inches of silicone and unscrewing the bottom screw of the faucet, disconnect the two water lines and the faucet should pull up and out.
