What is the difference between 1156 and 1141. Is it the shape of the globe or the candle power? My RT has some 1141.

The differences are candlepower and that is related to amp draw. the higher amp draw also needs a larger glass globe to prevent it from overheating.
So a 1156 is something like 1.2 amps while a 1141 is about 0.9 amps. It will be less bright, less heat generated, and can be a more compact bulb without overheating.
I do not have the charts with me, but someone will chime in with them.
I changed to LED panels. What I bought where 5050 LED emitters, with 24 LED's per panel. 4 of these will draw about 1/2 amp and will be brighter than running two of the 1156 bulbs in my bathroom (that draw 1.2 amps each or 2.4 total. So about 1/5 the total amperage, with more light. Even though it is a little more blue.
I was able to get 50 LED panels for $1.20 each at
AliExpress.comClick on the site, then search for 24 LED 5050 panels. Then click on free shipping, and then look for "Price" and click on lowest first. You will see options to buy 1,000 at a time, but look at the slightly higher price, to get a reasonable number of panels. I used some at a friends house to light up the exterior with a 10 amp solar controller and 90 watt solar panel.
