Spotrot,

Check for a burnt out 60 amp fuse in the engine power distribution center (i.e. under the hood). I replaced mine with a 50 amp automatic circuit breaker as I'm a power hog and it kept failing under the large loads I was using.

Check for burned contacts in the OEM relay.

If you wish the converter to charge the starter battery add a trik-l-start or an amp-l-start.
