Leveling jacks alarm

I have a 2001 Fleetwood Pace Arrow. The alarm on my leveling jacks beeps constantly as we go down the road. My jacks are up and they are not going down as I drive. I am told there are several sensors in the system that is causing this. Is it easy to find the sensors? Is it easy to disconnect the alarm so I can drive? Other than that, the jacks are working perfectly.

    To PROPERLY check the reservoir
    You must be parked on level ground, and level...without using any leveling aids, then add fluid until the alarm stops or its full and you can't add more, if the alarm won't stop, the float switch is bad, on mine you have to take it apart to replace the float switch

    Doug beat me to it.
    However I did find topping off the tank worked too
    but till I could get the proper ATF I did as doug does.

    On the side of the reservoir about 1/4 from the top you will see 2 wires going to the float. I forget which you do , but you disconnect the 2 wire plug and either leave it hanging or jump the 2 wires. You will know which when the alarm stops. Doug

    Mine did that once right after we bought it. I don remember but I may have left the system on after I retracted the jacks. I looked down when it did it and didn't see anything, but this was 3 years ago.

    I had the same problem on a previous moho and simply removed the buzzer. I used a clothespin on the shift nob to remind me of Jacks down.

    2001 should have Powergear. Reservoir level is what has the float for down indicator. IF you are positive the fluid is just below the fill cap, then odds are the float sensor is bad. If NOT Powergear, State what System you have. Doug

    Oh, by the way, I checked the hydraulic fluid first since I did know about that sensor and it is full.

    I had a 97 Fleetwood Bounder that did that when the hydraulic fluid was low in the reservoir.
