Leveling jacks alarm

Question

I have a 2001 Fleetwood Pace Arrow. The alarm on my leveling jacks beeps constantly as we go down the road. My jacks are up and they are not going down as I drive. I am told there are several sensors in the system that is causing this. Is it easy to find the sensors? Is it easy to disconnect the alarm so I can drive? Other than that, the jacks are working perfectly.

I had a 97 Fleetwood Bounder that did that when the hydraulic fluid was low in the reservoir.

Oh, by the way, I checked the hydraulic fluid first since I did know about that sensor and it is full.

Please tell us what jack system you have.

2001 should have Powergear. Reservoir level is what has the float for down indicator. IF you are positive the fluid is just below the fill cap, then odds are the float sensor is bad. If NOT Powergear, State what System you have. Doug

I should have said.........Powergear.        Oh I just raised and lowered them for five times, I heard that sometimes very small debris to get in the way and kick off a sensor. Didn’t work.
