Never use cinder blocks to support any vehicle at any time. They will eventually fracture, and collapse without warning, with the resultant damage to the vehicle and injury to any person that may be underneath or in a position to get hurt when the vehicle drops.
The use of wooden blocks or jack stands are recommended at any time a vehicle must be raised and supported.
