light strip attached to Motor home below awning?

3m I believe makes a double sided , grey tape that fits the width of the led strip. I bought it in a 30’ roll from Amazon. Buy waterproof leds coated or enclosed they come both ways . I have both and they both work . The adhesive tape that comes on most led strings is not good enough. The 3m tape has held for 2 years now across the country and back twice
