My not drive it but this means a lump of ice or what ever frozen to the bottom of my tire and rim, in one location, for 6 months. Don't know that it would do anything or not--- not a chemical engineer. Also some of us up here do head south in January after Christmas so that lump would probably not thaw until Vegas. Would be a bumpy ride.
Will stick with beads myself. For others---- your M/H --your choice. I just know that they work for me and many others.

Call me cynical but I don't see a video on the internet as proof.

If something truly works, a manufacturer will be happy to have an independent lab test it and will be ecstatic to use the proof in their advertising.

I’ve been around too long to just believe marketing claims from someone who is trying to sell me something without verification.

For my tires, I'd prefer to have a road force machine measure runout and match mount as needed and then balance. That said, the road force is a small and imperfect approximation of rolling variances.

A very good shop will also have EVA (electronic vibration analysis) equipment that can be place at each wheel to determine the location and frequency of vibrations.

My new tires will be mounted on the rear so unless they are egg-shaped or have other structural problems, hopefully, my RV won't shake and rattle as it rolls.

I hope nobody takes this as mean spiritied. I just was hoping someone had a link to independent verification, not marketing materials.

They used buttermilk on the mountain. I kid you not. The smell of the rubber or buttermilk were the same.
I prefer weights aand road force balancing.

Spotrot, I have Centramatic Balancers on my steer tires that work great! If you go to their webpage there is a video that shows how they work............it's the same principal as the liquid, beads, and dust.

Can someone please make this into a clicky. (old fart brain fart)

I use it in the MH, my van, and truck. Would never go back to wheel weights. Beads compensate when there is mud, ice, and packed snow on the rims and adjust when it flies off. Wheel weights cannot do that.

This powder/beads/fluid balancing has me perplexed. And now the tire dealer I'm considering uses Equal.

One one hand, I can think of no rational way that it would work and have never seen independent tests showing it works. That's the big thing. If it relly worked, sellers would show such documented proof.

On the other hand, many forum members swear by it. But then again thousands of people said that brown gas worked and it clearly doesn't.

But many tire dealers sell powder/beads/fluid balancing. Yet, we all know that selling something doesn't mean it works.

A video is so easy to fake, so that means nothing to me.

So I guess, I'm still looking for independent tests that prove powder/beads/fluid balancing work. Anyone?

The weight part is true and not for balance, but that's what I relate to fluid in tires.. Even if the newer stuff isn't bad, I still wouldn't want fluid in my tires.. Mike Mathews..

The farm tractor tires were often calcium filled. The calcium was used to add weight, not for balance.
