Little tiny bumps on wall????

Camping up here in Mt. Lakes and while blowing my hair dry I noticed some tiny little bumps under the wallpaper on the wall of the bathroom where the window is.

Never noticed it before so it is new. It's only in one spot, kind of going from the top down in a crooked looking row; if that makes any sense. They don't feel soft, like air or water is behind them, they are hard little clusters. Any ideas out there?? :h

  • There is nothing on the roof that looks like a water leaked from anywhere. Took another look at the bumps and noticed they don't start from the ceiling, they start in the middle of the wall??? :h paper above and below is fine?
  • We had that and I cut one open and found saw dust under the paper. Looked like they just wallpapered over it and did not clean the wall off first. Never got better or worse so just let the bumps be.
  • Our first thought was a water leak up top. We will be checking out where it could be coming from. The bedroom air is adjacent from the bathroom. Maybe condensation found a way out through there...:( Thanks!
  • The wall covering on most coaches is usually a very thin veneer plywood with a vinyl decorative vinyl surface. Any moisture that gets on the outside surface of the wall is prevented from getting into the plywood. Unfortunately any water that leaks into the inside plywood side is not able to get out through the vinyl so it usually forms little bubbles, or other indications that the plywood is deteriorating. It would be a good idea to have things examined more closely to see if things can be taken care of before they get too bad.
  • Had a trailer do the same thing water damage in the wall. Find and fix leak.
  • Mold?? you mean under the paper there is mold? Wouldn't it be discolored? How would it get there? Just the toilet and the sink in there. YIKES, I sure hope you are wrong but thanks will look into it further.
