Quick update, I just took the wheels out for a 6hr drive, they are quiet. I measured 78db at 55mph with the new tires, the old tires measured 89db at 55mph. You can actually have a conversation in the cab now!
I also noticed that there is a lot less rocking with the new wheels and tires, when going over bumps at slow speeds. I had thought the rocking was the suspension, but now I realize it was the sidewalls of the old tires compressing.
