I called Coach-Net who put me in touch with Itasca when I had issues with the HWH system, and they asked me on which day did I think that my MH was manufactured (in humor, I think?). I said that I had no idea, and they said that it could be in one of several locations depending on who did the installation and when? I never did find it, but was able to work around the problem. They actually called me back several times with new suggestions that they were discussing among themselves during a break.
