The relay should be on the drivers side firewall, close to the engine and ECM. Also check the oil pressure switch (located front drivers side of engine block). It will cause the engine to crank and try to fire. It closes when the oil pressure reaches 30 psi and will remain closed, as long as there is oil pressure, and supplies the power for the fuel pump. The fuel pump relay only supplies power to the fuel pump for a second when you turn the ignition swith to the on/start position.
