Well I will tell you why I bought a 14 year old coach from a dealer because in writing I got a guarantee that everything on the house portion of the coach would be checked and made sure to be in good working order, 6 new tires, two new TV's, and a 30 warranty. Try and get that from an individual.
Sounds like you got a great deal on a great coach. I just sold my 13 year old coach last month on CL and the dude that bought it got a smoking deal. What was new (TV's) were under mfg's warranty and the rest he had to take a chance on.
