Looking at Winnebago View
Hadn't even considered one of these until we went to look at a $120,000 used 38 ft Class A. And then, we went into a new Winnebago View on the showroom floor. Impressive and 15 MPG is a consideration...

I think how much RV space 1 needs is a very individual matter and strictly in the mind so to speak. We workamped for many summers for 10 weeks and snowbirded all winter in a 25 ft. 5th wheel with no slides. Quite small to some. a number of times we wished we were home but never because of lack of space. I don't subscribe to the "bigger is better" mentality. However, we have decided that at this point in our lives we need a dinnete, a couch, a 3 burner stove, a standard size frig with freezer and a fulltime, walk-a-round bed and whatever size is needed for that. So we have a 30 ft. Class C with 2 slides. We have had much smaller and might again 1 day.
