As they say in the car business, there is a butt for every seat. Same thing for RV's. I wouldn't buy used as I like new and will deal with the few 'adjustments' as needed under warranty.
I like the new smell, new appliances, new batteries, new tires, new awnings, etc. No one will keep a coach as clean as I do. And, I will know exactly how the coach was taken care of and driven.
