Sprinter chassis Class Bs for 2008 and after are on the newer model Sprinter that are a few inches wider and optionally come in a longer length. The other difference in the 2008+ conversions is that they are all on the 3500 model Sprinter with dual wheels in the back instead of the 2500 model with only 4 tires on the ground and in general have a more massive feel then the older model Sprinters.
