Coachma Spirit water ?

Question

Friend bought a used Forest River Coachman Spirit & no user manual. She has 2 inlets marked City & tank fill. Hooked up and useing City inlet but for some reason the tank is filling & overflowing. Does this rv have valves mot easily seen or just a bad check valve on water pump. I havent seen it just a phone conversation.
Any one know this rv ?

my valves say the same thing, just I think he,s reding the directions wrong. turn the valve the other way see what he gets.

Look at this LinkOne of the two one-way valves is probably where your problem is (possibly both).

Thanks everyoneShe says no valves just the hose bibs &amp; I looked at on line manual &amp; it says just check valve. I told her to try running pump since tank has water &amp; see if CV doesnt re seat.She is living in it 3+ hrs away so I suggested a mobile tech
