looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace Arrows

We were going to have our shocks replaced. Our Fleetwood service rep told us that he was 99% sure Workhorse would replace them. However, Workhorse wanted an empty weight of the coach. You have got to be kidding me. I asked the rep to clarift "empty weight." He said nothing in it at all. All the tanks empty, fuel thank almost empty, no clothing, dishes, tools, ANYTHING. Here's my problem with that. My husband's job requires him to travel out of state during the week. It has taken us almost a year to get all the stuff we need in the MH. I don't think I can get half of the stuff out of it! Has anyone alse had to do this??
