- LobstahExplorerCan you give a few more details around what you mean by "intermittent"? Do your lights go off completely, then back on?...or do they just dim a bit?
Jim - R2DillonExplorerEveryone talks about bad grounds. I have intermittent inside lights. Where are the grounds on a 2004 37C pace arrow?

I am looking for a baggage latch for my RV. Is this the right one that will fit ours? Fleetwood Style #E525 Also, what length and pounds of compression do we need for our luggage door struts. Is it the same for the large and small doors or different compression for each.
Thanks in Advance...........
MrMudstud, most of thr owners here have the newer Pace Arrow that has a different latch system. Maybe someone familiar to your system can help? - MrMudstudExplorerI am looking for a baggage latch for my RV. Is this the right one that will fit ours? Update....I received the Fleetwood Latch #E525, and it is the correct replacement. For the door baggage struts, mine came with 15" length and 70 lbs. pressure. I would recommend 90 lbs. struts for the large doors on the driver’s side slide, for future reference. - Dennis37ExplorerWe have a 2004 37C. I installed lamate flooring. Not a hard job if you are a bit handy. The living room slide does mark the floor where it rest on it while in. We use a runner to cover the mark. This slide starts in at floor level so the flooring cannot be placed at the very edge of the slide. I removed the couch and dinnet so I could add runner material to cover the gap that allows the slide to start comming in.

I have a 2004 pace arrow and we love it, that being said has anyone installed or attempted to install hard wood floors in a similar coach? is it a do it yourself project or better to pay a professional?
Let us know how the new floor works out and how you did it. - hammer01ExplorerI have a 2004 pace arrow and we love it, that being said has anyone installed or attempted to install hard wood floors in a similar coach? is it a do it yourself project or better to pay a professional?
- Rich___Cheri_ExplorerHad 2 problems on my latest trip. Had to spend the night on the road due to being displaced by hurricane Irene. When I started the generator it was very rough and then quit. Found a mouse nest in the generator and one of the plug wires had been gnawed on exposing the carbon fiber core. Removed nest and taped wire. Generator ran OK, but I had the wire replaced when I got home. Required dropping the genset and new wiring harness, about $200. Also my dash AC unit quit, clutch on compressor disintegrated. After discussions with several trusted mechanics I was convinced to replace the AC compressor with a new unit rather than just try to rebuild the clutch. Their experience has been bad with rebuilds. Especially important since getting to the unit is a bit of a nightmare. Seats and large doghouse hump had to come out as well as sections of the under dash. Work was done well and everything fine now. Considering the cost of parts, (AC compressor, serpentine belt, expansion valve, freon, new battery, genset wiring harness, and incidentals), and the extensive labor; the bill was very reasonable, approx. $1500 which includes the $200 for the genset. If you're ever in the Roanoke, Va. area and need service; I can recommend Tony's RV in Salem, Va.

We have a 2003 Pace Arrow 36B Chevy and it does not appear to have a spare tire (just purchased the rig last June). We have AAA, Good Sams and Coachnet roadside service, (I know, overkill, but had an incident a couple of years ago where AAA did not respond to change a tire on our other rig and Good Sam came to our rescue). If we had a flat, would our road side service be able to provide us with a tire? Where do others with our same rig store their spare? I know this seems like a stupid question, but my husband and I are technical tards.
I've been lucky enough to avoid the need to verify this, but I've asked my road service provider and have been assured that whoever they dispatch would be able to provide a tire (at my expense, of course).
