No noise when we use both furnaces or at anytime under the bathroom cabinet. You are talking about removing the electric panel in the bathroom cabinet and the modules behind it? - Rich___Cheri_ExplorerReply for "wa0mqe" :All 4 of the awnings I bought were "Sunbrella" fabric to match my main awning. I got them with the black metal uni-shield and all of the fittings and arms were black. I used a 3' SL over the bedroom window, a 5' SL for the couch window, a 5' XL SL for the dinette window, and a 6' XL SL for the double hallway window. If you go with C OF C make sure you get all the hardware fittings specified in the installation instructions. Especially the "moly-rivets". These give a wide backing when you can't hit structure, which is most of the time.
- Rich___Cheri_ExplorerA question for PA 37C 30 amp owners. nder the bathroom cabinet floor there is a blck plastic control module located on the shower side. When both furnaces are on this module makes a clicking noise which quits once the rear(?) furnace comes on. This noise was quite loud so I had the dealership replace the module. It still did it. I contacted Fleetwood and they said that was the way it is. I have sound isolated the module and it can only be heard now when actually in the bathroom.
Have other 30 amp coach owners had the same noise and has anyone been able to eliminate it all together? - Rich___Cheri_ExplorerThe performance improvement with the Banks was great. Much better torque and power. I blow by most of the truckers and big diesel rigs on long hills. Maybe a small increase in mileage, but not enough to be sure. No noticeable noise increase, but I also added sound proofing mats under the floor in the cab area. Got these from Summit racing. Bought two mats rated for high-temp, under hood of racing cars. Kind of patched them in over engine and under floor on driver and passenger sides. These made a big difference in noise levels. A lot easier to listen to radio now. Banks was worth the $3700 installed at Camping World. Also had Bilstein gas shocks put on there. Rig handles MUCH better now. No more porpoising and stays more level in turns.

With the Banks did you notice a difference and was it worth the cost? How much noise increase did you get inside the rig? - Rich___Cheri_ExplorerMy plug wires weren't giving me problems, but when I had the Banks Power-Pak installed the mechanic couldn't get the wires off without destroying them. When I went to the Workhorse/Chevy dealer to get a replacement set the techs in the parts area said they have to replace them all the time and recommended getting Hi-temp after market wires. I went eith the Taylor wires from Summit Racing. When I first installed them I had a minor problem. I used the dielectric grease they supply and must have gotten some extra on the inside of the plug wire boots. When I took the rig out for a test it ran great, but then got rougher and rougher. When I crawled under again, I found that four of the plug wires had blown off of the plug tips. Apparently the insulating "socks" on the wires acted as sails. I cleaned the inside of the boots with laquer thinner and reinstalled. No more problems.
- Rich___Cheri_ExplorerFlcampa asked about steering. I bought my 37C used from Lazy Days in Florida. I was not satisfied with the steering because it required a constant pressure om the wheel to hold the coach straight. The coach was equipped with "Safe-T Steer". They aligned the front end and adjusted the S-T-S and it handles great.

Question for Rich & Cheri and and Fyr guy... I want to install the window awnings also. I researched it quite abit last summer but couldn't make up my mind which would work best, A&E or Carefree.
Also, I wasn't sure if I should go with one long awning over the two windows in the large slide or two separate ones due to the window height difference. Which way did you all go? I prefer the one long one if it will work. I was also a little concerned in getting too close to the slide out awnings rear bracket. Fleetwood mounted them alot further in then the needed to be, I think.
Also, both of you guys, do you have the exact model and size you installed? Did you go with the normal length or the longer length?
Questions, Questions, isn't it a kick.
I went with Carefree with the long awning over the slide and a single long with extended arms over the hallway windows. I also added one for the kitchen cause the boss wanted it for the early morning sun. We also matched the material on our main awning and they have the metal roller covers for when underway. Not sure of model numbers.
Sandy - Paul_TurpinExplorerI went with one long awning on the slideout. Then on the two tall windows on the hall, I went with the EX long arms awning. The only thing I would change was I only got one tie down strap on the long awning, I would get two tie down straps because of the wind.

Turn ignition to ON but do not start engine. Fully press and release the gas pedal three times within 5 seconds and turn the ignition OFF and wait 10 seconds. This resets the computor
