Looking for weight info on Winnebago View or Navion

I am looking to switch to a "C" from my truck camper. As age creeps up on my wife and I we are looking at making the switch to eliminate all the steps getting into the rig. As we age our balance isn't...

The dry weight on the View/Navion is right at 9800 lbs. They are known for not having much cargo capacity. (11030 is max gvw)
2009 on up come with a 5k towing capacity/with hitch, prior had 3k. No they are not setup for brake control.

A better place to find more out is the View/Navion groups over on Yahoo. Thousands of members there.
