I just bought an 07 Road Trek. I found that class B is more expensive than a class c. If you want to get the best price you might consider the small Class C's. Look at a few of them before you settle on a B. The pros of Class B is easy parking and storage and good gas mileage. I get 15 mpG on my 2007 Roadtrek P210, I don't know what those small Cs get for mileage but you might want to take that into account when you consider total price. Those diesel sprinter models get great gas mileage but they are extremely spendy. I wanted a diesel until I looked at the price the better diesel mileage just couldn't overcome the cost. I wish I had looked at a few more Class Cs, but I am happy with my Trek.
