If you really got 27% off the actual MSRP not some fabricated number presented to you I do not believe it is as dire as the 30% number people have seized on is a little to negative.
I bought my last mh for 25% off MSRP and I sold it for around 36% less than I paid roughly 4 years later as a Trade.
How do I know my trade was not inflated is a GOOD question. But the new MH was 28.5% off MSRP so I think both purchase and trade numbers were real.
I traded and probably could have done slightly better selling my self, but people like buying from dealers imo. So hardly worth my effort imo.
Not knowing condition, negotiating skill, or luck it is hard to say, but first year is the worst. My GUESS is 15 to 20% below what you paid.
