I think RoadDog is correct. On my current class C, I cab sometimes hear the hub caps shifting around and making noise. When you touch them, you can see they are not tightly secured to the rims. Front and back do that at slow speeds. My old 1994 C class did the same. Once at higher speeds, the centrifugal forces forced the hub caps tightly againts the rim, and the noise stopped.
