Low Tire Pressure
Could someone tell me if there are safety problems or dangers going a short distance with a low tire pressure on one of the rears?

That's pretty low. If its a slow route you will probably be ok. But you really should have some form of compressor or nitrogen bottle. I don't know what size your tires are but even an 11 gallon gallon pig filled to 100 psi or so isn't going to fully inflate your tire.
