Not sure if their parents have never taught them proper RV toilet etiquette. But, my macerator pump got bound up and blew the 20 amp fuse 5 times while trying to dump last time. I found baby wipes and other cotton products bound up in the impeller.
When we had teens and they would have friends over, I would always "indoctrinate" them to the workings of an RV toilet and told them if they plugged it up, they would unplug it. Never had a problem.
By the way Jim, I think you were referring to the steel blades where you found baby wipes and other cotton products....not the impeller Right?.
Our Sani Con was on our previous coach (Safari) and when we sold it, I kept the Sani Con to use at home as my septic tank clean out is about 100' feet from where I parked the motor home.
Our new coach has the std stinky slinky, and I actually find it a lot more convenient to use.
