I finally returned the Magellan RV 9365 to Camping World and received a refund and bought a Good Sam RV GPS!
Magellan's customer support was of no help at all, and finallt they said "the problem was an "isolated incident" and would refer it to their engineering dept. and then stopped communicating!
Not sure how it can be an isolated incident when I had the same problem with three new units in a row!
Anyway, I do NOT recommend that anyone purchase a Magellan product, because their customer support is worthless if you have a real problem.
Good luck if anyone decides to buy one anyway!
