The very first thing on your list is a mistake. The bolts holding the AC down shouldnot be tightened. The foam gasket should only be compressed enough to make it snug. Every year they may need retighteniing a little but not tight. It sounds like you will be ready for a good trip. I would also flush the brake fluid to get all of the moisture out of the system.
