- BumpyroadExplorerI know somebody who got a magic sofa bed from Bradd and Hall and recommended them.
bumpy - Blaster_ManExplorerIn don't use either one. But your furniture at a normal furniture store. "RV" furniture is expensive because it says "RV." We bought a leather recliner, as a replacement for an uncomfortable Flexsteel piece that came with the MH, at Sam's Club.
- Dennis_M_MExplorerVery happy with the selection and service at Bradd and Hall. The recliners we bought there have been fine for 5 + years.
- JMichaelExplorerI purchased a recliner from Bradd & Hall. After the trip to Florida I decided the chair was not working for me. i called Bradd & Hall, explained the problem, they asked me to ship the chair back, freight paid and refunded 100% of the purchase price. I was impressed!

- Teacher_s_PetExplorerMastercraft has some very nice products, we're buying "Pleather" from them and having a local person redo our Flexsteel captains chairs this summer. Our two microfiber recliners by Best Furniture Company came from Goshen Furniture Mart in Goshen IN. Bought them in '08, still work great after 7 years of fulltiming. Our Flexsteel captain's chairs started having foam seat problems at two years, just out of Flexsteel's warranty. Tiffin replaced foam padding in the seat, then the seat covers started cracking and flaking at 4 years. Bradd & Hall is a major distributor for several product lines. We've found wood products very similar to theirs at some of the local Amish cabinet makers for a better price.
- Ed___LynneExplorerSo this is what we decided after going to both showrooms and after much time talking with the sales people at both places. Our decision is to have our two new couches built by Mastercraft in Shipshewana, IN. Both companies materials were the same but we like being able to add a drawer underneath both couches instead of wasting that space. But, what totally shock up was the Mastercraft was about 1/2 the cost of Bradd & Hall and the only reason we could figure out was it was being made in CA and they must have to pay their employees more and then the shipping cost. Thank you Malinda at Mastercraft for all your help!!
- John_JoeyExplorerWe bought a sofa/loveseat for our family room almost 20 years ago. Sales person said Mastercraft was the Sherman tank in the furniture business. All these years later, they are still in great shape.

Anyone bought their furniture from either of these places and if so what are your thoughts? Thanks!

I have found the pricing and shipping to be more reasonable than the others.
